With a passion for human connection and storytelling, Annie’s marketing journey has always been rooted in purpose. She launched her professional career in nonprofit marketing, honing her skills in humanitarian aid initiatives and nontraditional marketing communications across Appalachian Ohio. While there, she learned to use her skills to make real change in the lives of those who needed it most.
Annie earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with an Accelerated Honors Research Thesis focused on post-pandemic consumer behavior from Missouri State University. She also completed the Appalachian Regional Commission’s Ready: Nonprofits marketing education program, and placed 1st in state-level competitive marketing events with Missouri State’s chapter of Phi Beta Lambda. While she’s explored various sectors including food and beverage marketing, music, nonprofit, and more, her true passion lies in content marketing—bringing client ideas to life through creative work, writing, and short-form video production.
An avid reader, Annie is always immersed in multiple books or audiobooks at once. Her favorite work is Frank Herbert’s “Dune,” though she credits titles like “The Jungle,” “The Hunger Games” series, and “A Wrinkle in Time,” as highly influential in shaping her perspective.
