Nixon & Lindstrom Insurance

Nixon & Lindstrom Insurance has been serving Southwest Missouri since 1955. The team at Nixon & Lindstrom tasked Campaignium with developing a new, modern vision for the company’s recruitment branding. The brand refresh included logo refinement, a style guide, photography, targeted messaging, asset creation, social media campaigns and advertising.

Capturing Company Culture

Our goal? Make insurance feel vibrant. Some would imagine this industry in monochrome, but we envisioned it in full color. Nixon & Lindstrom has a positive company culture, so our brand refresh balances professionalism and fun. We fused the existing brand with bold pops of color, gradients and playful modern shapes. Image treatments and other elements emphasize the employees, pulling focus to the real people you’d meet once joining their team.
Alongside new visuals came recruitment messaging. We highlighted the agency’s strong employee relationships. Longevity, growth and engagement were key to the message used throughout recruitment ads, brochures and hiring guides.

Recruiting New Job Candidates

We promoted the brand refresh through a series of recruitment campaigns. We ran advertising across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google to get in front of job candidates. Our carousel ads evoked interest as users scrolled through each card to picture themselves as a new hire. The statistics below show our success across Meta platforms.

Making An Impression Across Materials

The new branding considered various use cases, from landing pages to booth displays. As part of the asset collection and creation process, we photographed and interviewed all Nixon & Lindstrom employees. We used the team’s updated headshots and responses as the foundation for the new branding. Whether on a printed brochure or your Facebook feed, you’ll see what best reflects Nixon & Lindstrom: its people.
