Before joining Campaignium, Hailey spent eight years in education as both a classroom teacher and College and Career Readiness Specialist. Working with students from third grade through high school, she developed a talent for helping people find creative solutions and connect their passions to future success—an invaluable approach she now brings to her clients’ projects.

Hailey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Education-Learning and Technology. As an account manager at Campaignium, she loves building relationships with clients, getting to know their unique businesses and identifying solutions that help them grow.

Often described as “extra” in the best possible way, Hailey goes the extra mile in everything she does. Need balloons? She’ll create a themed arch. A birthday cake? It’ll be over-the-top and twice as big as necessary. 

An audiobook enthusiast who’s finished over 100 books this year, Hailey is constantly exploring creative outlets with an “I can do or make that” attitude. She and her husband run a beef cattle farm, where they spend time with their two boys.
