More About Katie

Katie joined Campaignium’s advertising team in 2014 as one of the company’s first employees, helping to build the foundation of what Campaignium is today. Over her decade-plus tenure, she’s grown alongside the company; promoted to advertising team lead in 2016, transitioning to account management in 2019, and later advancing to Manager of Account Services, where she trained and led a team of account managers.

Today, as Director of Account Services, Katie has redefined the role with a singular focus: ensuring every client has an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. Through strategic check-ins, feedback surveys, and a direct line to leadership, she combines proactive listening with genuine care for client success; strengthening internal systems while making sure clients feel heard, valued, and confident that Campaignium is as invested in their success as they are.

Katie has a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Drury University, as well as a background in media relations and applied communication. With over a decade of experience spanning advertising, team leadership, and client services, she brings a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and an unwavering commitment to the client experience in this fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
