More About Rachel

Rachael Salveter started her journey at the University of Arkansas with dreams of shaping young minds as an elementary teacher. While she may have taken a detour, those organizational instincts found their true calling in project management and event planning. Turns out, wrangling timelines and vendors isn’t so different from a classroom full of first graders.

Over the past 15 years, she’s had the privilege of planning just about everything: weddings, concerts, farmers markets, corporate hospitality, Broadway shows, and even a Super Bowl. No two projects are ever the same, and that’s exactly what keeps Rachael’s work exciting. She’s made it a habit to say “yes” to as many opportunities as she can, a philosophy that has taken her everywhere from the stage to the boardroom, and once, to Los Angeles as a top 50 finalist for a season of The Bachelor. Her path to this career wasn’t exactly in the syllabus, but every part of it has shaped how she shows up for her clients and her team.

“I’ve always said I work where other people are making memories, and that never gets old,” she shares. Whether it’s a bride seeing her reception for the first time or a crowd going wild at a concert, being the person behind the scenes who helped shape that moment, is something she doesn’t take lightly. It’s equal parts logistics and love.

Her home life is cheerfully chaotic. She’s a Momma to two amazing kids and a rotating cast of animals that somehow keeps multiplying. Her home technically sits in a neighborhood, but fully identifies as a farm. In her downtime, she loves a good book, a satisfying puzzle, and binge-watching shows she’s already seen a dozen times.
