Campaignium has redefined the Director of Account Services role under Katie Buchholz’s leadership, dedicating it entirely to ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. This isn’t just about managing accounts. It’s about proactively listening, improving, and making sure every client partnership thrives.
This commitment isn’t new for Katie. As one of Campaignium’s first employees, she joined the advertising team in 2014 and has been instrumental in building the company into what it is today. Over the past decade-plus, she’s grown alongside Campaignium; from running advertising campaigns to leading the advertising team, then transitioning through account management roles before becoming Manager of Account Services. Now, after a year as Director of Account Services, Katie is taking the role in a new direction; transforming it into a strategic position focused on elevating the client experience across every partnership.
What this means in practice
Our clients can expect more touchpoints focused on their success: regular check-ins, feedback surveys, and a direct line to leadership when needed. We’re investing in understanding what’s working, what could be better, and how we can continuously evolve to meet the changing needs of the businesses and organizations we serve.
