My experience with campaignium is mid, I would lean more toward 2.7 stars. Guys were courteous and somewhat easy to work with is why they got 3. The seo service i ran with them past 8 months didnt turn into much of results other than some traffic it was showing. Have consulted with another marketing company, their review said it was missing a lot of key things to move up on rank on google. I'm very aware the seo isnt something that is a get rich overnight and takes time, and that's the reason why I stuck out this long with them. Maybe they arent too familiar or how to approch with the maket I'm serving, but it didnt turn out to be much. Communication with the account manager is very spotty sometimes. I dont expect a response within 10 mins, but sometimes it takes days, something to keep in mind when you use them. My seo billing ran from 11/15-12/15, and I notified them I was no longer interested in running seo with them before another billing cycle rolled aroud (notified 12/11/25), and would like to cancel them, but they went ahead and billed for another month at 12/15/25. Notified the account manager, and his response was since work was done in Dec. we went ahead and billed you for another month? If you have done all the work before another billing cycle rolled around, which is before 12/15/25, why am I getting charged for billing cycle of 12/15/25-1/15/2026?
Lets talk about some of the goods.
They did a nice job on building the website. Had a monthly meeting/had reports ready. Guys were courteous and easy to talk to.
Combining all this together, its mid for me and highly doubt I would use these guys again for seo.
